been curious about your takes on therapy lingo because you seem to assume pop psychology culture itself creates the layers people get stuck performing in, but aren't they useful as explanatory spectrums, when looking at your past retroactively? don't they convey personality trait

anyone can be anything, but not everyone can learn the conviction that they can be anything within their lifetime. That's what separates us. never had a role model, so i spent my life learning from the belief systems of those around me. A lot of my conviction is rooted in this.

i had to start internalizing things like "most people don't do anything, most people are x", "i actually do things compared to these people" and other mental models used by high achievers while I was sitting on my ass rotting away, to slowly build the ego i needed to achieve

you would be wrong to try to extrapolate how I operate social dynamics from the things I write here. I am very grounded and down to earth... Or an unreadable mess of dissociation and mania. no idea
